Replacing vacant seats:
The seats which become vacant during the legislature are filled up as follows:
| 1.
by nominating the following on the list when the vacancy
occurs because of the death of the deputy or his (her) appointment to a
governmental position or to the Constitutional Council, 2. by organizing by- elections when the vacancy is a result from the dismissal, exclusion or legal impediment of the deputy.
